It’s high school history in 2051 and Franklin hasn’t done his report on Patriot Day (formerly September 11th, which wasn’t a very creative name). Instead he shares his grandfather’s stories in a series of fast paced monologues from a Tour Guide, Deli Owner, Police Officer, Soccer Coach, Minister and more dealing with the everyday annoyances of a post 9-11 New York City.

'The New York Monologues' is a humorous, poignant and unapologetic reflection of how a nation’s most talked about tragedy affected the world’s most neurotic, cynical and irreverent city.
